The service advisor and the technician were very focused and thorough. In their diagnosis of the problem.

It was my first visit. I had an oil change w/tire rotations. Overall it was a good experience. I arrived a few minutes before 7 am and was out by 9:30 am. They were very busy. The wait seemed a little long for being the first appointment of the morning but it seems the service guys were telling everyone it would be about a two hour wait.

My first visit, I didn’t receive good customer service. The experience made me stressed, and I felt forgotten about. However, my second visit was awesome!! Mark was attentive and gave me great customer service!! He is professional, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He made me feel like I was important.

My schedule maintenance was done professionally and in a timely manner. The service advisor Preston, was great in explaining everything that was needed to be done and a estimate on how long it would take.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Preston, with the cool last name, was my service advisor. Even though he was extremely busy getting one customer in and another out, he did a good job keeping me informed. I prefer to go to the dealership because they will know whether or not if there is a recall for my car; they do a thorough inspection.

I had the best experience coming to group 1. Mr. Johnathan is definitely God sent. He was so helpful, very patient, he explained everything that was getting done in great detailed and stayed past his time to make sure everything i needed was completed properly. I live a bit far from this location but I definitely needed to get my car serviced. Not only was I able to get last minute appointment but still got the best experience despise it being towards the end of the day and for thay reason I would definitely be back and definitely schedule with Mr. Johnathan C.
