It was my first visit. I had an oil change w/tire rotations. Overall it was a good experience. I arrived a few minutes before 7 am and was out by 9:30 am. They were very busy. The wait seemed a little long for being the first appointment of the morning but it seems the service guys were telling everyone it would be about a two hour wait.
My first visit, I didn’t receive good customer service. The experience made me stressed, and I felt forgotten about. However, my second visit was awesome!! After spending an entire day communicating with their team—both over text and phone—to finalize a deal on a vehicle, I went in person to test drive and complete the purchase. I experienced some issues with a recent maintenance service on my vehicle. However, after I contacted the service director (Heather) she kindly helped resolve my concerns to my satisfaction. I appreciate her prompt response and assistance. At other dealers I have dealt with, service directors are not as responsive, difficult to contact, and could care less about a customer’s dissatisfaction with the vehicle service provided. The quick response I got at this dealer service department is a huge plus.

I brought my vehicle in believing it was still under warranty, only to find out it’s supposedly limited to the first owner. This policy was not clearly explained upfront. The lack of clear communication caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.
I am never disappointed with this dealership. They are efficient and, most importantly, very honest. I have had some very disappointing experiences with other Hyundai dealerships in Houston, but never with this one.
